In Wood Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied
with your wood creation for any reason, please return it
within 30 days of receiving your order (in original
condition) for an exchange or a refund (less shipping).
Shipping Policies
and Rates
Each wood gift is individually handcrafted to order; most items ship
within 1 week, however we do our best to ship within 3-4 business
days. If your piece will take longer than a week to create, we
will notify you of the time frame for your approval.
Please note that the wood gifts are shipped Monday - Friday, the
shipping times do not include weekends.
Shipping Time
All
orders ship out within 1 week. However, we do our best to ship
your order within 3-4 business days. Custom orders may take
longer. You will be sent an email with the delivery
confirmation number as soon as your order ships out.
The
shipping transit times below do not include the product creation
time. Please add up to one week for product creation before
your wood gifts are shipped. If you are in a hurry please let
us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timetable.

Shipping via Ground is $7.95 shipping transit time is
approximately 1 week (after the pieces are created)

California Residents will
be charged 7.75% sales tax.

We at Expressions in Wood value our customers' privacy greatly.
The only personal information we collect from you is when placing
your order. We collect the necessary information that you
specifically give us for delivering your order to you. We will
not send you any information that does not pertain to your order
via email, phone or mail unless you specifically request it. We
will not give your contact information to anyone else or sell it
to anyone else. I believe that junk mail, solicitous phone calls
and junk email take up far too much of our lives. We at
Expressions in Wood would NEVER want to add that "junk" to your
life. When you order from us, we treat you as if you were
family. That will not change.
